Italian super-agent Mino Raiola visited the Italian capital today in order to meet with Roma regarding highly rated youngster Riccardo Calafiori.
Raiola arrived at Roma’s training center, Trigoria, early this afternoon for a summit with Giallorossi CEO Guido Fienga.
The 18 year-old left back made his senior debut for Roma last season against Juventus and is a player that the club and manager Paulo Fonseca are counting on.
Despite having drawn interest throughout Italy and abroad, Roma opted to keep the youngster this summer to serve as the backup option to Leonardo Spinazzola at left back.
Sky Sport reports that Calafiori will indeed sign a new deal with Roma and will be handed an important wage increase.
