Former Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic – currently playing in UAE with Sharjah – was asked about his time working with Spanish coach Luis Enrique during his first years at the capital club. Both of them joined Roma in 2011.
Pjanic recalled Enrique’s personal and professional traits. “I really like Spain and how Enrique sets them up,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“They’re a great team to watch and very skilled tactically,” he continued. “Luis Enrique was my coach at Roma. I have very fond memories of him. He’s a special coach and person.”
