Mirante: “Tonight is a very important game for us”.

Roma goalkeeper Antonio Mirante spoke briefly to Roma TV before the start of the Giallorossi’s clash this evening against Juventus in the Italian capital.

“It is an important game even though it’s only the second match day,” said Mirante.

“We have to think about doing well and enter the pitch with determination — especially given with what happened last week”.

“We had a good approach in the first half last weekend against Verona. I think that this is the way forward for us. We dropped off a bit in the second half, though”.

The Giallorossi were handed an automatic 0-3 loss from last weekend’s affair because Amadou Diawara was incorrectly registered by the club on their official roster.
