Roma and Inter are both eyeing strikers and their corresponding moves could create a domino effect, reports Sky Sport.

Reportedly, Inter is in talks with Monaco for Islam Slimani. The French club has already given their OK for the player to join the Nerazzurri on loan, however, Leicester City, his parent club, are asking for a large sum for his services.

Inter is negotiations with the English side for the striker but should Slimani join Inter, Monaco has requested Roma’s Nikola Kalinić as his replacement. The Giallorossi, though, won’t allow the Croatian to leave until they have a substitute, which is why they’re trying to negotiate for Genoa’s Andrea Favilli.

Each of these potential transfers is interlocked and we will see in the coming hours if they can come to fruition.
