After concluding his loan spell at Nice, Justin Kluivert seems destined to continue his career in France given that Roma have no intention on betting on him for next season.
According to Il Romanista, Monaco have been tracking the Dutch attacker for a while now as rumors of Nice refusing to trigger the option included in his loan intensified over the last few weeks.
Christophe Galtier’s side asked Roma for a discount on Kluivert’s price-tag, but the capital club denied this request.
Thus, Monaco are now deemed the favorites to land the ex-Ajax man and are reportedly negotiating with the player’s entourage.
In the meantime, the Giallorossi continue to demand €14.5 million for the young winger.
