Monchi: “We must have the right mentality.”

Roma sporting director Monchi spoke to Premium Sport after the Giallorossi drew Barcelona in the Champions League.

The draw?
It’s true that we did not have luck, but we are going to play, I trust my team. Roma are respected and will have their chance. We’ve got to have the right mentality of doing something important and to go forward.

Did Napoli really ask you for Alisson?
I’ll just smile. With all due respect to everyone, I started laughing. Sometimes I will read numbers and rumors from time to time that are fantasy or an April Fools joke.

The changes with Valverde at the helm?
It is a more balanced team, they have improved in defence with the 4-4-2.
