The CEO of Monza, Adriano Galliani, weighed in on the recent controversy that took place in the final minutes of Monza 1-1 Roma.
In an interview with calciomercato.it, Galliani responded to Roma’s protests against the refereeing decision to not grant a penalty on Tommaso Baldanzi in the final minutes of Sunday’s game.
“The controversy? I don’t comment on the criticisms of others,” said Galliani.
“In any case the AIA (Italian Association of Referees) said it wasn’t a penalty,” he concluded.
