After completing an agreement for Gonzalo over the past few days, newly promoted Serie A side Monza are eyeing another Giallorossi player.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Monza have approached Roma to inquire about Riccardo Calafiori.
The Italian leftback is coming off an unsuccessful loan spell at Genoa and his chances of remaining in the capital are slim.
Monza could offer the 20-year-old a precious starting spot and have him fight to avoid relegation.
It remains to be seen whether Roma would be open only to a dry loan or if the capital club insisted on inserting an option/obligation.
