Jose Mourinho wants to continue coaching Paulo Dybala in his third year in the capital.
The Portuguese technician is closely working with Roma’s top management on the required transfer business ahead of next season.
However, one of the manager’s own request’s has been tied to Paulo Dybala’s future.
According to Tuttosport, in his discussions with the club which included Mourinho reaffirming his decision to remain at Roma at least for another year, the Roma boss asked the board to secure Paulo Dybala’s long-term contract all costs.
Dybala is Mourinho’s top player in the squad and the Special One is prioritizing the Argentine’s future in the capital.
As a result, Mourinho is expected to play a crucial role in Roma’s upcoming negotiations with Dybala’s entourage to extend the ex-Juve man’s contract.
