Mourinho calls up 21 for Roma-Triestina, Rui Patricio out


Roma manager José Mourinho released his list of call up’s for his team’s first away friendly of the summer.

The Giallorossi travel north to Trieste to face off against Serie C side Triestina this evening at 19.30 CET.

Newly acquired goalkeeper Rui Patricio wasn’t included in Mourinho’s twenty-one man call up list and must wait to make his debut for the club.

The Portuguese international only started participating in full training on Monday and will be given more time to acclimate with his new teammates before playing in a match.

Midfield duo Jordan Veretout and Ebrima Darboe will also be unavailable—as will Riccardo Calafiori, who suffered a knock in training earlier this week.

Goalkeepers: Boer, Fuzato

Defenders: Karsdorp, Reynolds, Ibañez, Smalling, Mancini, Kumbulla

Midfielders: Pellegrini, Villar, Bove, Zaniolo, Diawara, Zalewski, Tripi

Attackers: Dzeko, El Shaarawy, Mkhitaryan, Pérez, Ciervo, Mayoral
