Roma manager Jose Mourinho continued his round of media appearances after the defeat in Derby della Capitale with some comments in his post-match press conference. Among other things, the Special One discussed Dybala and Volpato’s importance for Roma’s creativity going forward.
“There’s been a lot of talk about Savic and Immobile being out, but nobody’s mentioned Dybala, who I think allows us to see the light of day with his goals and assists.”
“Then life becomes even more difficult without Pellegrini,” Mourinho continued. “But, fortunately when Volpato came on he gave us a bit of creativity up front.”
“Dybala, Pellegrini and Volpato are our creativity. We have full confidence in Volpato, we believe he can become a key player for us.”
