Jose Mourinho paid special mention to Roma’s home crowd and their undying support in last night’s win over Udinese.

In his post-match press conference, the Special One paid tribute to the supporters, calling them responsible for the team’s ability to consistently turn results around in the final minutes of each home game.

“We have the ability to take risks and turn around many matches as we have done in these two and a half years. It is a great quality that is linked to the fans,” said Mourinho.

“I have coached 6-7 different teams, but when the team is in difficulty here in Rome they always support you and this creates a special atmosphere in the last 10-15 minutes which helps the team to do what it often does, and because of it, today we end up with two additional points that are super important for us.”
