Mourinho on turnover vs Bologna: “Changes were necessary.”

José Mourinho was asked about the several changes he applied to tonight’s starting line-up against Bologna.

The Special One told DAZN, “We’re in a tough spot: Leicester have been playing the conference for two months, today they have changed 9 players with Tottenham.”

“We made some changes out of necessity, some players had an important level of fatigue and we want to give players the opportunity to recover.”

“Today is important, we have confidence in the guys who start, we’re a strong and united group, even with the fans.”

When asked about his first year at Roma, Mourinho said, “I feel 100% Romanista. Roma is special, they make you feel like one of them and people are in love with the club, I do everything I can to be with them. If I can help, I’m here.”
