Edoardo Bove seems to be on his way out of the club in search of consistent playing time which he is not guaranteed to obtain at Roma under Jose Mourinho.
The youngster has failed to impress the Portuguese technician so far this season. The Special One has continuously picked Nemanja Matic, Bryan Cristante and Mady Camara over him. Now, Bove intends to seek more minutes elsewhere.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Lecce are ready to sign him on loan with option to buy at the end of the season. Roma plan to insert a buyback clause in a deal that could be completed within the next few weeks.
The Italian newspaper claims Mourinho has already given the youngster a green light to leave the club.
