Roma manager Jose Mourinho briefly addressed questions about his future in the Italian capital after the win with Feyenoord.
Following the Giallorossi’s impressive 4-1 victory at the Stadio Olimpico, Mourinho was keen to respond to the media’s questions regarding his uncertain future in the capital.
“I’m happy here, I can’t hide it. I’m happy because I like the people here, and they like me, I have the feeling that everyone at Trigoria respects me and each other,” he said.
“I have a good relationship with the owners. If I say something that goes against their train of thought they accept it with respect, and I have a positive relationship with Tiago Pinto.”
“The players are amazing, I have tremendous empathy with all of them. I can’t say that they are like my children, I love José and Matilda so much, but they are almost like children to me.”
“I’m happy here, sometimes I express my frustrations, I think I have different ambitions but let’s see, today I’m really happy and I work for the people here. I have seen tremendous joy in people.”
