Jose Mourinho released an encouraging interview with the club ahead of tomorrow’s kick-off to Roma’s Europa League campaign as the team prepare to face Ludogorets on Thursday night in Bulgaria.
“You can’t compare Ludogorets to other Bulgarian teams,” said the Special One. “They have great economic potential compared to other Bulgarian clubs and also have many foreign players.”
“They have vast experience in Europe, they also played in the Champions League several times. Tomorrow will be difficult.”
“And sure,” Mourinho continued. “If you look at our last result, you’d think it’s a complete disaster, but I don’t see it that way. It was an isolated result. Disappointing but not worrying.”
“We have had many injuries over the last few weeks and Abraham will also miss the match. When a team like Roma have to play without Abraham and Zaniolo, it becomes more difficult. But, we remain united, convinced of bringing home the three points.”
