RomaPress – Following his team’s Conference League victory last month, Roma boss José Mourinho vowed to remain with the club despite interest from several clubs.
“Now I am staying, there are no doubts. Even if some rumors emerge, I only want to remain at Roma,” he told the media after his side defeated Feyenoord 1-0 in Tirana.
“We must understand what our owners, who are fantastic people, want to do next season, because this is history, but we can build a really strong project with honest professionals.”
Despite these assurances, whispers emerged from UK outlet The Telegraph that PSG were eager to replace Mauricio Pochettino and appoint the Special One.
However, multiple sources at Roma insist the Portuguese technician hasn’t changed his mind and is “absolutely, 100%” remaining with the Giallorossi.
