Jose Mourinho is reportedly considering giving Gini Wijnaldum a chance to play from the start in Roma’s upcoming return leg with RB Salzburg on Thursday night.
As reported by Radio Radio, the Special One tried the Dutch midfielder in training and is now seriously reflecting on using Wijnaldum in the team’s starting eleven.
With Paulo Dybala’s status being doubtful for tomorrow night, Wijnaldum could replace the Argentine attacker, following three consecutive appearances for the Giallorossi in the final minutes of Lecce-Roma, first leg with Salzburg and more recently at home with Hellas Verona.
