Jose Mourinho and Roma’s legal team will meet with the Federal Prosecutor’s Office in light of FIGC’s recent investigation.
The Italian federation are looking into Mourinho’s remarks directed at Serie A official Matteo Marcenaro on the eve of the match against Sassuolo.
According to Leggo, Roma have been granted five days to prepare their defense statement.
On Friday, Mourinho will be interrogated by the Prosecutor’s Office and a verdict could entail the suspension of the Roma head coach.
Roma, however, want to provide Mourinho with their full support and will not allow for any severe punishment to take place.
