Roma boss Jose Mourinho was interrogated by the Prosecutor’s Office on Friday.
Mourinho shared his version of the facts and comments he made on the eve of the match against Sassuolo with regards to Serie A official Matteo Mercenaro and Sassuolo attacker Domenico Berardi.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the hearing went well with Roma and Mourinho both reaffirming their stance and presenting their case to the Prosecutor.
The newspaper claims the Prosecutor’s Office could minimize Mourinho’s punishment down to a suspension of ten days which would mean that the Special One would miss only one match.
