Mourinho to meet with Roma owners, discuss long-term plans and investments

Andy Mattioli

Jose Mourinho is expected to discuss with Dan and Ryan Friedkin his own future at the capital club.

As reported in today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport, sometime next year the Special One will hold a meeting with Roma’s owners in order to clarify personal and team objectives and plans for the future.

The Italian newspaper claims discussions will mainly revolve around the Friedkin’s investments and Mourinho’s personal ambitions.

If this meeting were to turn out positively, Corriere dello Sport reports the two sides could even go so far as discuss the possibility of renewing the Special One’s contract with the Giallorossi. This, however, would only happen if certain objectives are met by the end of the season.
