Preparations are underway at Trigoria ahead of the highly anticipated clash with Serie A’s best team, Napoli, at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday. Roma boss Jose Mourinho is studying the best formation and gameplan to face Luciano Spalletti’s well-oiled machine.
As reported by Leggo, Mourinho will focus on a more compact midfield and having only one striker up front unlike in the recent two outings where the Giallorossi relied on both Andrea Belotti and Tammy Abraham to lead the attack.
Mady Camara is once again expected to be the driving force of Roma’s midfield alongside Bryan Cristante and Nemanja Matic or Lorenzo Pellegrini who could also start further up the pitch to support the attack and retreat when needed.
Nicola Zalewski is also favored to start over Leonardo Spinazzola with Rick Karsdorp returning to the starting eleven on the right flank.
