Jose Mourinho is reportedly open to the possibility of extending his time in Italy with Roma. The Portuguese manager – who joined the club in 2021 – is nearing the end of his current contract which is set to expire in 2024.

According to Sky Sport, Mourinho would have given priority to the Giallorossi before considering any offer that might come to him from abroad.

The news network further reports that the Special One has given his availability for negotiations with Roma until January of next year. Mourinho loves the club and the city and could see himself staying on beyond this season.

So far, Roma have not made any concrete advances in their long-term plans are monitoring the season’s progression.
