Jose Mourinho is still being evaluated for his comments directed at referee Matteo Mercenaro on the eve of the match against Sassuolo.

The Special One spoke to the Federal Prosecutor on Friday, along with some club representatives, and is now waiting for the verdict to come in.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the feeling is that Mourinho could face ‘soft’ repurcussions for this episode.

The newspaper claims that the manager’s decision to withhold from releasing any comments after the match with Fiorentina positively impressed the Federal Prosecutor as it indicated a change in attitude on the part of the Special One.
