They are 59 pages that detail the future home of AS Roma in the Tor di Valle. Il Tempo released an excerpt of the Urban Planning Convention contract created by the Municipality of Rome, which was officially sent to AS Roma two days ago to review. The document entails all of the elements related to the project as proposed by the Capitol and reveals several interesting items related to the Stadio della Roma.
As expected, one of the clauses calls for the future sale of the land, which is currently owned by Luca Parnasi’s Euronova, to TdV Real Estate — the company created by AS Roma to specifically manage the construction of the stadium. There is also a clause that puts a ban on transforming offices or shops into residential buildings or homes.
