Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan took to his official Instagram account to apologise after video emerged last night of the midfielder attending a New Year’s Eve celebration and was seen smoking and admitting he was drunk while also shouting obscenities. These are his words:
“I’m sorry for what happened last night. As you know, I like enjoying myself with friends and I love celebrating New Year’s Eve. But last night, I went a bit far. I saw yesterday as a special evening, where you’re able to go a bit overboard. Of course, I did not intend to be a bad example. This is why I feel I have to apologise for my words and my behaviour. Forza Roma sempre!”
