Napoli-Inter reach agreement on Politano


Roma appear to have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Matteo Politano.

Sky Sport reports that Inter and Napoli have reached an agreement for a fee of €25 million for the attacker. Politano has been waiting for Roma to relaunch their efforts in bringing him to the capital — however, he is open to joining Napoli should the Giallorossi bow out of the race.

Even within the last few hours — the former Sassuolo man is waiting on Roma. Should they opt against coming back in for the player, though, he could join Gattuso’s side.
