Roma are monitoring Giovanni Di Lorenzo’s situation at Napoli with interest.
The Italian fullback’s falling out with the Partenopei has put him at the center of transfer rumors linking him with teams like Juventus and Roma.
Di Lorenzo’s agent, Giuffredi, is personally pushing to exit the club and move elsewhere in Serie A.
According to what was reported by Sky Sport, a meeting is scheduled for today in Castelvolturno between the management of the Neapolitan club, the new coach Antonio Conte, and the player’s agent.
During the meeting all three parties will try to assess if there is room to mend the relationship after the recent rumors of an imminent departure.
In the event that Di Lorenzo’s decision is to definitively say goodbye to Napoli, several options would open up: the most probable (according to the rumors released in recent days) bears the name of Juventus.
However, Roma are reportedly also among the clubs to have inquired for Di Lorenzo.
The player is said to be a strong favorite of Daniele De Rossi’s and the Giallorossi remain at the window for the experienced defender.
