Napoli are reportedly eyeing a summer move for Roma attacker Nicolò Zaniolo whose contract with the capital club is set to expire in 2024.
Talks for Zaniolo’s renewal with Roma have stalled for the past few months and the player’s entourage are growing inpatient.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Zaniolo’s agent – Claudio Vigorelli – is in close contact with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis and sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli.
Napoli are very interested in the 23-year-old attacker and consider him an ideal fit for Luciano Spalletti’s formation. As a result, Zaniolo may soon be offered to the Partenopei, with De Laurentiis being ready to propose a €30 million bid.
