Napoli’s De Laurentiis: “I could have had the same market as Roma in January.”

Speaking at a presentation of the club’s summer retreat in Dimaro for July, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis was asked about Roma and the upcoming match between the Giallorossi and the Partenopei, here are his words via tuttonapoli.net:

“The market in January? It always depends on the buyers and the sellers. It’s easy to say we didn’t buy anybody, but the fact is most don’t want to move in January. I could have done the exact same January market as Roma with the money that I spent on Grassi, however, I didn’t want to disrupt the chemistry in the dressing room. Higuain present in Rome (for his appeal of his four match suspension)? We’re considering having both of us there.”
