Serbian midfielder Nemanja Matic is set to reach the required number of appearances which will grant him the option to extend his contract with Roma until 2024.
After having initially signed a one-year deal as a free agent, Matic is now considering activating the option in his contract.
The player is reportedly happy with his time at the club, but before proceeding with the extension, Matic wishes to find out what the future holds for Jose Mourinho, claims Corriere dello Sport.
