The future of Jose Mourinho remains unclear as the Portuguese technician is yet to discuss his plans with Roma.
So far, the Giallorossi have not opened talks with Mourinho and his entourage to potentially extend his stay in Serie A.
As a result, the Special One is being linked with various options from abroad.
First and foremost – reports Italian journalist Augusto Ciardi for LaRoma24.it – clubs from Saudi Arabia are once again showing interest in Mourinho after he rejected two maxi offers in the summer.
Moreover, Ciardi reports that Newcastle United have added Mourinho to their list of potential replacements for Howe given as the English boss could choose to part ways with the Magpies at the end of the season.
In the meantime, Roma are waiting to further assess the team’s progress in the next part of their difficult schedule.
