Mohamed Bouhafsi of RMC Sport has reported that Roma have had their latest bid of €25 million for midfielder Jean-Michaël Seri rejected by Nice.
The Ivorian has no shortage of admirers as PSG, Barca, and Tottenham, along with Roma, are all interested in the player. However, the Giallorossi are the only club to take concrete steps in acquiring the player. Nice, reportedly, do not want to sell the player for any less than €40 million and deemed Roma’s latest bid too small.
However, Roma sporting director Monchi will meet next week with the agent of the Ivorian in the hopes of progressing the operation.
