Roma are working on new contracts for the former Primavera duo of Nicola Zalewski and Edoardo Bove.
Both players emerged from the club’s youth team and proved to be reliable options for Jose Mourinho throughout his first two years at Roma.
As a result, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the Giallorossi are planning to give both youngsters a much needed raise after the transfer window closes.
Currently, Zalewski earns around €300,000, while Bove makes €100,000.
In order to dismiss interest from other clubs in Italy and abroad, Roma are expected to triple their respective salaries and extend their contracts.
