Roma will have to face the upcoming busy Serie A and Europa League schedule without star attacker Nicolo Zaniolo for at least the next three weeks after the 23-year-old went down with a dislocated shoulder in the home win over Cremonese.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Zaniolo is nursing the shoulder working intensively at Trigoria in order to reduce the timeline of recovery as much as possible.
The Italian newspaper claims that Zaniolo’s objective is to return in time for the Atalanta showdown scheduled for September 18th right before the international break.
As a result, the youngster is expected to miss the engagements with Monza, Udinese, Ludogorets, Empoli and Helsinki.
