Roma are closing in on Nicolo Zaniolo’s long-awaited renewal following the end of the transfer window.
The capital club have dismissed all rumors concerning a potential exit of the 23-year-old over the course of the summer.
General Manager Tiago Pinto is reportedly in touch with Claudio Vigorelli – Zaniolo’s agent – and the two are laying the groundwork for the decisive meeting which should take place at Trigoria in the coming weeks, reports calciomercato.com.
An agreement could soon be reached for a contract worth around €4 million per season until 2027, which would place Zaniolo among the highest earns at the club alongside Tammy Abraham and Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini.
