RomaPress – Roma have been dealt a double blow this evening. After their 2-1 loss to Juve, the Giallorossi learned they will be without Nicolo Zaniolo for the remainder of the season.
Both Roma and members of the youngster’s family have confirmed that the Giallorossi starlet suffered a torn ACL against the Bianconeri this evening. This effectively ends Zaniolo’s season along with ruling him out for this summer’s Euro 2020.
Villa Stuart’s Prof. Mariani — as per usual — will perform the surgery to repair the damaged ligament on Zaniolo, who also suffered damage to his meniscus, in the coming hours.
