Despite interest from Tottenham and Juventus, Roma attacker Nicolò Zaniolo is unlikely to leave the Italian capital in this transfer window, reports Tuttomercatoweb.
Over recent weeks Tottenham’s interest peaked when Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici approached Roma to discuss the player’s future.
The capital club, however, showed no intention of lowering their demands: €50-60 million cash only.
Moreover, Zaniolo’s personal preference is to remain in Italy. Juventus, however, have not resumed talks with the Giallorossi and seem to also be unable to meet Roma’s demands.
Thus, after numerous speculations regarding his future, Zaniolo is edging closer to a stay in the capital.
