Roma are reportedly not prioritizing an extension for Stephan El Shaarawy.
The player’s contract with the Giallorossi is set to expire in June, making him a free agent. Speculations have been as for Roma’s intentions in potentially keeping him for an additional year or two.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, Roma haven’t planned any meetings with El Shaarawy’s entourage, indicating a clear lack of interest in extending the Italian winger’s contract.
At the moment, El Shaarawy is likely to leave the club in the summer.
