Roma needs to make capital gains by June 30 to comply with the settlement agreement with UEFA, and among the players who could be sacrificed is Jan Ziolkowski.

The Polish defender arrived in the summer for €6 million from Legia Warsaw, but Gian Piero Gasperini didn’t particularly convince him, having used him sporadically throughout the season.

Nottingham Forest, however, are serious and have set their sights on the 2005-born player. Roma values him at no less than €15 million.

Ziolkowski ended his Roma season somewhat annoyed after being substituted in Verona 26 minutes after coming on at the start of the second half for Ghilardi.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Nottingham Forest are keen on the Polish defender, so much so that a concrete offer from the English club is expected in the coming hours.

The Polish defender played 741 minutes under Gian Piero Gasperini, scoring one goal, the one away to Panathinaikos that secured direct access to the Europa League round of 16.
