Steven Nzonzi is reportedly closing in on a move to French side Rennes.
Footmercato.net reports that the Roma-owned midfielder will cancel his loan with Galatasaray and join the Ligue 1 outfit. Nzonzi’s representatives met with Rennes president Olivier Letang within the last few days and discussed the possibility of a loan.
Reportedly, the parties have an agreement in place and the transfer could become official in the coming hours.
