Alexis Saelemaekers is officially a new Roma player.
The capital club announced the the Belgian’s signing late this evening—confirming he joins the club on loan while Tammy Abraham moves in the other direction to join the Rossoneri.
“AS Roma is pleased to announce the loan signing of Alexis Saelemaekers,” reads the official announcement.
“The winger, born in 1999, joins from AC Milan, where he won the Serie A title in 2021-22 season. In addition to the Rossoneri, Saelemaekers has also played for Anderlecht and Bologna.”
Adding, “He wear the number 56 shirt for the Giallorossi while becoming the club’s fourth Belgian player. Welcome to Roma, Alexis!”
