Official: Bruno Peres joins Brazilian second tier side Sport Recife

The return of Bruno Peres to Brazil has not gone according to his plan. The Brazilian departed Roma in July 2018 to join São Paulo on loan until December 2019 — however, his time at the club has been nothing short of disappointing. Because of this, Peres has officially departed São Paulo, who had an option to make the player’s move permanent, today and joined Brazilian Serie B side Sport Club do Recife until the end of 2019. It remains to be seen what Peres’ future holds beyond his loan spell.
