Roma attacker Carles Perez is leaving the club and returning to La Liga.
This afternoon, Celta Vigo announced they’ve reached an agreement to acquire the Spanish attacker from the Giallorossi on an initial loan deal.
“RC Celta and AS Roma have reached an agreement in principle for the loan of Catalan attacker Carles Pérez,” wrote the La Liga club.
“The signing of the agreement with the player is pending satisfactory and successful completion of the necessary medical examinations.”
Celta will pay €1 million to initially acquire the 24 year-old on loan and also possess the option to make the deal permanent for an additional €11 million.
After initially arriving in January 2020, the former Barcelona man leaves the Giallorossi with a tally of 75 total appearances plus 8 goals and 7 assists in all competitions.
