Carles Pérez completed his medical with Celta Vigo earlier today, followed by the signing of his contract with the Spanish club.

The club can confirm that an agreement has been reached with Celta Vigo for forward Carles Perez.
Perez, 24, joins the Spanish side on an initial loan deal until the end of the 2022-23 season.
Included as part of the agreement is an option to make the transfer permanent.
Perez joined the Giallorossi from Barcelona in January 2020, going on to score eight goals in 64 appearances for the club in all competitions.
The club would like to wish Carles the best of luck for this new chapter in his career.
