Former Roma boss Eusebio Di Francesco has been appointed as the new manager of Sampdoria. The Genova-based side announced the ex-Sassuolo manager has signed a contract until 30 June 2022.
Samp president Massimo Ferrero heralded the appointment saying to the club’s official website, “Di Francesco is the best choice as our aim is to keep improving Samp. He comes with knowledge, experience, good football, desire and mentality. Welcome, Eusebio!”
