Roma officially announced their first major transfer signing of the summer, Enzo Le Fee.
Following extensive negotiations, the club confirmed the midfielder has joined on a permanent transfer from Rennes, signing a five-year contract. The announcement comes just days after the French side accepted the Giallorossi’s transfer offer worth an estimated €23 million including bonuses.
“AS Roma is delighted to welcome French midfielder Enzo Le Fee to the club,” the capital club wrote on their website.
“The 24-year-old joins from Rennes, having come up through the youth ranks at Lorient. A France U20, U21 and U23 international, Enzo has made over 130 Ligue 1 appearances and earned himself a burgeoning international reputation with his vision, dynamism and set-piece skills.”
Adding, “Welcome to Roma, Enzo!”
