AS Roma’s record signing, Patrik Schick, has officially departed the club.

The Giallorossi officially announced that the Czech attacker has joined German side Bayer Leverkusen on a permanent deal.

Schick joins the Bundesliga outfit for an initial fee of €26.5 million and as part of the agreement, Roma will retain the right to 10% of the profit from any future sale of the player.

The operation officially closes the attacker’s time in the Italian capital after having joined the Giallorossi for a record €42 million fee in the summer of 2017 from Sampdoria.

The player scored a total of 8 goals in 58 appearances in all competitions for Roma.
