Roma have announced that highly-rated Primavera attacker, Nicola Zalewski, has penned a new deal with the club.
The Italian-Polish winger, who joined the club’s youth system in 2011, has signed a new contract with the Giallorossi that runs until June of 2024. Zalewski has scored 6 goals in seven appearances so far this season for Roma’s Primavera side — which earned him his first senior call-up’s by manager Paulo Fonseca this year.
The news of the 18 year-old’s contract renewal comes just three days after he announced on his official Instagram page that he tested positive for Coronavirus. Thankfully, though, Zalewski revealed that he is asymptomatic.
