Official: Sadiq joins Rangers


Umar Sadiq has officially joined Rangers on a season long loan from Roma. The Scottish club’s official website announced:

“Rangers are delighted to announce the signing of Umar Sadiq on a season long loan from Roma, subject to international clearance. The powerful striker, who stands at six foot three, joins the club for the 2018/19 campaign with a huge pedigree from his young career. He will be Steven Gerrard’s ninth signing of the summer.”

Sadiq joins Rangers after having spent last season on loan at Torino and Dutch side NAC Breda.
